• Applicant Data: Information submitted through intake, application, or other forms, including contact information and information relating to books or manuscripts.
• Usage Data: Information about how you access and interact with the Service, which may include IP address, browser type, device information, pages or features accessed, and timestamps.
• Transaction Information: Information relating to PubBound subscriptions, purchases, and transactions. Payment-card information may be processed directly by our third-party payment processor rather than stored by DartFrog.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through PubBound to:

• Provide the Service: Operate and maintain PubBound and provide its publishing-management features and functionality.
• Support Publishing Workflows: Facilitate project management, production workflows, file sharing, communication, royalty tracking, author and influencer participation, and other activities initiated through the Service.
• Authentication and Security: Authenticate users, manage account access and permissions, prevent unauthorized access, and protect the security and integrity of the Service.
• Communication: Send administrative, account, project-related, transactional, and service communications.
• True Origin Certificates: Generate and manage True Origin certificates and related records, including cryptographic hashes associated with submitted files or publishing milestones.
• Process Transactions: Administer subscriptions, purchases, certificate credits, and other paid services.
• Maintain and Improve PubBound: Analyze Service usage and performance to maintain, troubleshoot, develop, and improve PubBound.
• Legal and Compliance Purposes: Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of DartFrog, PubBound users, and others.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Within Publisher Accounts: Information may be accessible to Publishers, administrators, team members, authors, influencers, or other authorized users according to their roles, project assignments, and permission settings.
• Service Providers: We may provide information to vendors, contractors, and service providers that perform services on our behalf, including hosting, data storage, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and blockchain-related services.
• Business Transfers: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction involving DartFrog or PubBound.

PubBound may also contain links to third-party websites or services. DartFrog is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services that we do not operate.

PubBound is intended for use by publishers and individuals participating in publishing-related activities and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through PubBound. If we become aware that such information has been collected inappropriately, we may take reasonable steps to delete it.
